if you can find a major high damage 2hander with a slowest possible attack that hits for 1000s, just slow, orc racial would kick major ass. you are right, i didn't think of that thorough enough. Plus, of course, you could pop your orc racial, than follow up with a lifetap type of attacks that would heal you double, both for damage and for a lifetap. not a bad combo.
