As an Orc Tank - I have to jokingly take offense to the comment about our racial. I really am not offended, but let me lend a different viewpoint.
If you had 10k HP, and you popped Fury of Ghalnn - you would want to stop auto-attacking (first and foremost). At lvl 50, you have many ways to deal a ton of damage. Most of them either work most efficiently with a 2H weapon or are spells. So depending on what you use: Fury of Ghalnn -> Stop auto-attacking -> equip [2H weapon name here] -> Massive damage chain.
Going through the lvl 40-50 abilties, I see many ways to abuse this, and many ways to deal a ton of damage in DC5 at max level, especially spiritual damage! Not only is this a decent ability...but if done with correct efficiency - can be very overpowered, and heal you fully. This is something like the epitome of the emergency. Healers oom, Boss down to 1%, but HP dropping fast...pop this combo - increase damage by 10% + DC5's 15% + 2Her melee damage chains - or spiritual spells.
I think it's viable, and I think it's fun as hell.
(disclaimer...I also think Barbs have the advantage in racials...but luckily you won't have to worry about that. It is my opinion that the Orc has the most abusable racial for tanking with a DK.)
