The link at which you obtained your data is a bit dated. Sigil has changed it to a blanket non specific gain in points reguardless of which race or class you are. I do not have link to that change atm. Currently Sigil is adjusting this along with racial abilities. So what you have obtained and what is currently present is more than likely going to change significantly come luanch.
