Dreads do not and will not Duel Wield.
They can wield just about any thing except daggers. This includes spell focus items such as books, tombs, totems etc.
Why not daggers, just the way the designed it.
There has been some talk about implementing a 2h passive block. NOT implemeented but there may be something of this nature in the future.
