I decided to start a list of the current Abilities for Dread Knights as of Beta 5. I will try to keep this as up to date as possible and post related patch notes with changes as they happen. Please post any mistakes you see. I have been working on this for 3 to 4 hours now and I am sure I screwed up something.

EDIT: I was going to update this last night to include the new hate numbers added to our abilities, but I encountered a problem. I noticed that the numbers shown in the Trainer Window (which is where I got these) and what was in my book at level 12 are not the same. Now, I think the trainer window displays a value that assumes you have maximum Dreadful Countenance built up which is why they appear so much higher on the trainer and less so on your tooltip out of the book. I need to do some research and figure out how I intend to display this information considering it does it for damages as well.

  Reduces your opponent's strength and vitality by 10, while increasing your strength and vitality by 10 for 5 minutes.

  Torture I
  Deals 52 to 56 damage over 24 seconds and adds hate every 4 seconds.
  
  Level 4
  
  Malice I
  Deals 150% weapon damage plus 1 to 3 damage. Increases your Dreadful Countenance. Deals an extra 12 to 16 damage when flanking with an ally.
  
  Dark Ward I
  Blocks 25% of incoming damage for the next 4 incoming attacks or 60 seconds.
  
  Level 6
  
  Wrack I
  Deals 400% of weapon damage plus 31 to 37. Increases Dreadful Countenance.
  
  Frighten I
  Causes your opponent to flee from you for 10 seconds. Increases your Dreadful Countenance.
  
  Level 8
  
  Provoke I
  Increases your opponent's hatred of you. Each level of Dreadful Countenance increases the amount of hate added by 10%.
  
  Bleak Foeman I
  Raises your chance to block incoming attacks by 100% for 60 seconds or until you block.
  
  Harrow I
  Drains life equal to 200% of your melee damage plus 9 to 13 damage.
  
  Vexing Strike II
  Deals melee damage plus 19 damage. Increases your Dreadful Countenance. Upon Crit, you receive an extra increase to your Dreadful Countenance.
  
  Level 10
  
  Shadow Step
  Teleports you behind your opponent.
  - You must activate this ability and choose which ability you would like to use after it in order to execute it.
  
  Devour Strength II
  Reduces your opponent's strength and vitality by 30, while increasing your strength and vitality by 30 for 5 minutes.
  
  Torture II
  Deals 294 to 314 damage over 24 seconds and adds hate every 4 seconds.
  
  Word of Doom: Althen
  Speaking this Word of Doom deals 493 to 524 spiritual damage and increases your Dreadful Countenance.
  
  Scourge I
  Rescues your defensive target from an incoming attack, causing the offender to attack you for 2 attacks. Deals 87 to 96 damage over 16 seconds and adds hate.
  
  Symbol of Suffering I
  When opponents attack you, they take 10 damage.
  
  Level 12
  
  Malice II
  Deals 150% weapon damage plus 5 to 9 damage. Increases your Dreadful Countenance. Deals an extra 50 to 56 damage when flanking with an ally.
  
  Level 14
  
  Incite I
  Deals 116 to 126 damage and increases your opponent's aggression toward you.
  
  Vengeance I
  Counterattack that deals 75 damage and stuns your opponent for 3 seconds or 3 hits.
  
  Abyssal Chains I
  Reduces your opponent's movement speed by 70% for 20 to 30 seconds.
  
  Level 16
  
  Wrack II
  Deals 400% of weapon damage plus 70 to 78. Increases Dreadful Countenance.
  
  Harrow II
  Drains life equal to 200% of your melee damage plus 18 to 22 damage.
  
  Vexing Strike III
  Deals melee damage plus 34. Increases your Dreadful Countenance. Upon crit, you receive an extra increase to your Dreadful Countenance.
  
  Level 18
  
  Phantasmal Blade I
  Paralyzes your opponent for 20 to 30 seconds or 1 hit.
  
  Ravaging Darkness I
  Deals 50% weapon damage. Drains 100 endurance from an opponent over 8 seconds and adds to your Dreadful Countenance over time.
  
  Seething Hatred I
  Forces your opponent to attack you for 4 attacks. Increases your Dreadful Countenance.
  
  Dreadful Visage
  Increases your Dreadful Countenance.
  
  Provoke II
  Increases your opponent's hatred of you. Each level of Dreadful Countenance increases the amount of hate added by 10%.
  
  Torture III
  Deals 505 to 536 damage over 24 seconds and adds hate every 4 seconds.
  
  Level 20
  
  Malice III
  Deals 150% weapon damage plus 10 to 14 damage. Increases your Dreadful Countenance. Deals an extra 84 to 92 damage when flanking with an ally.
  
  Devour Strength III
  Reduces your opponent's strength and vitality by 50, while increasing your strength and vitality by 50 for 5 minutes.
  
  Level 22
  
  Ruin I
  Deals 400% of weapon damage plus 94 to 102. Increases Dreadful Countenance.
  
  Vengeance II
  Counterattack that deals 120 damage and stuns your opponent for 3 seconds or 3 hits.
  
  Bleak Foeman II
  Raises your chance to block incoming attacks by 120% for 60 seconds or until you block.
  
  Black Wind I
  Deals 294 to 314 damage to all opponents in front of you.
  
  Word of Doom: Amarthic
  Speaking this Word of Doom deals 986 to 1040 spiritual damage and increases your Dreadful Countenance.
  
  Scourge II
  Rescues your defensive target from an incoming attack, causing the offender to attack you for 2 attacks. Deals 172 to 186 damage over 16 seconds and adds hate.
  
  Symbol of Despair I
  Adds a 12% chance that opponents will become stunned for 2 seconds when they attack you. Absorbs 60 incoming damage every 5 seconds.
  
  Symbol of Suffering II
  When opponents attack you, they take 20 damage.

  Deals 1 damage to your opponent. Increases your chance to block by 1% per level of Dreadful Countenance for 3 minutes.

  Deals 400% of weapon damage plus 114 to 124. Increases Dreadful Countenance.
  
  Ravaging Darkness II
  Deals 50% weapon damage. Drains 150 endurance from an opponent over 8 seconds and adds to your Dreadful Countenance over time.
  
  Slay I
  Has a 50% chance to kill an opponent that is at or below 10% health.
  
  Frighten II
  Causes your opponent to flee from you for 15 seconds. Increases your Dreadful Countenance.
  
  Torture IV
  Deals 743 to 786 damage over 24 seconds and adds hate every 4 seconds.
  
  Enthralling Nexus
  Rescues your defensive target from an incoming attack, causing all offenders to attack you for 4 to 8 attacks.
  
  Despoil
  Strips one positive effect from an opponent.

  Malice IV
  Deals 150% weapon damage plus 16 to 20 damage. Increases your Dreadful Countenance. Deals an extra 119 to 129 damage when flanking with an ally.
  
  Provoke III
  Increases your opponent's hatred of you. Each level of Dreadful Countenance increases the amount of hate added by 10%.

  Reduces your opponent's movement speed by 70% for 25 to 35 seconds.
  
  Symbol of Despair II
  Adds a 13% chance that opponents will become stunned for 2 seconds when they attack you. Absorbs 70 incoming damage every 5 seconds.

  Paralyzes your opponent for 25 to 35 seconds or 1 hit.
  
  Scythe of Doom I
  Drains 124 to 134 health from all opponents within 10m in front of you.
  
  Seething Hatred II
  Forces your opponent to attack you for 5 attacks. Increases your Dreadful Countenance.
  
  Dreadful Visage II
  Increases your Dreadful Countenance.
  
  Vengeance III
  Counterattack that deals 164 damage and stuns your opponent for 3 seconds or 3 hits.
  
  Devour Mind I
  Reduces your opponent's intelligence and wisdom by 72, while increasing your intelligence and wisdom by 72 for 5 minutes.
  
  Devour Strength IV
  Reduces your opponent's strength and vitality by 70, while increasing your strength and vitality by 70 for 5 minutes.
  
  Cull I
  Drains 417 to 443 health from an opponent.

  Deals 150% weapon damage plus 20 to 26 damage. Increases your Dreadful Countenance. Deals an extra 155 to 167 damage when flanking with an ally.
  
  Scythe of Doom II
  Drains 152 to 164 health from all opponents within 10m in front of you.

  Raises your chance to block incoming attacks by 160% for 60 seconds or until you block.
  
  Torture VII
  Deals 1509 to 1592 damage over 24 seconds and adds hate every 4 seconds.
  
  Cull III
  Drains 724 to 767 health from an opponent.
  
  Hatred Incarnate
  Increases damage by 100% and reduces endurance costs by 75% for 60 seconds.
  
  Incantation of Hate
  Deals 2333 to 2457 damage over 60 seconds and adds hate every 4 seconds.
  
  Bane
  Consumes your opponent's fear and uses it to deal 2278 to 2399 spiritual damage. Reduces Dreadful Countenance to 0.
