-------------------------I. General Information---------------------------

The Warrior, as most of us know, is the traditional tank, and most commonly used for one. They have the ability to wear heavy plate, and have certain attributes to help him soak up damage and protect his allies. The Warrior has no Magic based attacks, so he is above all others in pure melee combat. When he is not tanking, you can see the Warrior doing heavy DPS to help out in a group. The tank in a group is often referred to as the "foundation," and if he fails to do his job, it will often lead to disaster.

---------------II. The Warrior's Tactical Abilites/Maneuvers-------------

The Warrior has many unique abilites which usually don't much damage, if any at all, but have other strategic uses in combat. Some of these abilities are:

Taunt- Adds a small amount of hate, or threat, but can be only used on something every 15 seconds. This ability adds a larger amount of hate when used in defensive stance.

Power Attack- This is a toggled ability. It adds a significant power cost per swing but adds damage to your attacks. This power increases every 10 levels.

Enrage- Toggled ability. Only usable when you are below 50% health, it drives you into a rage. At 50% health, and each 10% after, you can 10 strength, and lose 5% mitigation. Though at higher levels, these benefits and costs increase, and below 20% health, you may enter and intense rage wich cannot be calmed for 30 seconds giving 200 strength, at a cost of 60% reduced mitigation.

Roar of Anger- The Warrior roars, dazing all enemies with 10 meters for 18 seconds. This also has a 5% chance to stun your enemy, but if the enemy is hit, the stun will break.

Primal Rage- This ability causes you to enter a state of rage for a short time giving the Warrior increased speed, as well as immunity to fear effects and stuns. This rage takes a great toll on your body leaving you weakend for upwards a minute.

Barrier of Steel- This abilites forces your enemy to focus upon you and attack no other for 15 seconds. During this time both you and your target will be unable to run.

-----------------------III. The Warrior's Stances-------------------------

Offensive Stance- -mitigation; + accuracy; - aggro.
The offensive stance is most commonly used when trying to dish out some DPS, or when they're just no tanking. The Warrior is granted bonuses to combat, and have a variety of attacks avaliable. These abilities have specific uses, which then grow when combined into chains.

Defensive Stance- +Mitigation; +aggro; + Block Chance; - Damage.
When in Defensive Stance, the Warrior becomes much more able to take incoming damage, and all attacks generate hate. New Counter-Attacks become available only in defensive stance, and then only when equipping a sheild.

--------------------IIII. The Warrior's Attack Abilites--------------------

Attack Skills (These attacks are usable from either combat stance.)

Brutal Strike- Basic Melee attack. Chain Opener. has a 5% chance to stun the enemy for 5 seconds.

Furious Below- Basic Melee damage attack. Adds hate. 15% chance to daze your enemy for 15 seconds.

Kick- 20% chance to interrupt enemy. Adds hate.

Waylay- This attack does moderate damage, but has bonuses when in conjunction with another int he group or when behind the enemy. These bonuses are not exclusive and can be combined.

Rend Armor- Slighty reduced damage. Targer mitigation reduced by 30% for 12 seconds.

Whirlwind-- Hits all targets withen 7 meters. Damage reduced slightly.
-----------------------------------------
Defensive Attack Skills (These attacks are usable only in defensive stance.)

Taunting Strike- This moderate damage attack generates a great deal of hate.

Adamant Foeman- This ability requires a sheild. Blocks the next two incoming attacks, and increases your mitigation by 50% for 10 seconds.

Sheild Bash- This ability also requires a sheild. It does no damage, but has 65% chance to stun the enemy for 3 seconds, and adds a large amount of hate.
--------------------------------------------

Attack Chains- ( The Attack Chains work much differently now. The Warrior now has a variety of special attacks, which when used with a chain take on different characteristics. These attacks can then chain to several new "chain only" finished moves. Warriors begins learning 2-step attacks chains at level 4, and then continue up to 30, when finishing moves become available creating 3-step chains. Generally available in offensive stance. Some of these are already listed but they have different explanations.

Brutal Strike- An opener. This attack does a moderate amount of damage on its own, but as an opening attack, incluences the chain towards doing more damage.

Furious Blow- An opener. As an opener, this chain influences the chain towards generating more hate.

Whirlwind- A bridge. This attack adds an AoE component to the chain. Any finishing moves that trigger from this bridge will be AoE finishing moves.

Waylay- A bridge. This attack carries positional bonuses such as backstab, and true flanking. Any finishing moves triggered by this bridge with also have potential bonuses.

Red Armor- This attack damages the armor of your enemy. Any finishing moves triggered by this bridge will have additional debuff effects.

Flurry- This finishing move is available after a successful Whirlwind bridge attack.

Savage Fury- This finishing move is available after a successful Whirwind bridge attack.

Betrayal- This finishing move is available after a successful Whirwind bridge attack.

Vehemence- This finishing move is available after a succesful Waylay bridge attack.

Brutality- This finishing move is available after a succesful Waylay bridge attack.
