Well From the millions of posts and articles I have read it seems they are definetly getting away from that. Sure there will be some bind/soul only items but im guessing mostly from quests or a larger raid mob boss. But there will only be a few of these. They won't overrun the market. It seems they want vanguard to have a vast market and to have player made items it big thing, which i love. UO had this and the market was insane. Master tailoring / BS / etc.. takes a long time but when you get there your well known and you can charge for your services.
I do hope they put in recepies that are only say 10 or so in exsistence on the server. that would be amazing but not sure how the market would be affected
