I believe inquistors will tank mobs that have no melee attack. Everyone anticipated mobs to be the same thing from EVERY OTHER mmorpg. Why do casters in everquest do more damage with melee then they do with there spells?
Answer: Because the tanks were build around the concept that the tank will be taking melee hits
now does any mage class ever do most of its damage with melee?
Answer: no because its a waste of time and effect when in 2 seconds you can out damage ur melee with 1 spell instead of hitting it for an hour.
so I believe they will be much like a warrior who fights against mobs who have no melee but shoot constant magic spells much like a melee attack except it ignores armor and can only be effected by resists.
