What would people say to weapons such as Swordbreakers and Parrying Daggers that actually do as their name states? They provide damage as well as having the secondary effects. Whether this were to come as an increase to parry, or the ability to debuff an enemies damage.

Ok after reading what I typed I kinda clued into the fact that it would be really really easy to do this and they probably already are.
