There has been no official information regarding paladin abilities other than Lay on Hands and Infusion, neither of which are really spells. I get the feeling that we will have no real 'spells', but simply abilities with long refresh times, or combat abilities with beneficial properties.
In other words, keep an eye out for news releases regarding fighter skills/spells, I assume it will coincide with the start of Beta 3.
