First things first you need to have your sig image hosted somewhere - we have a size limitation as laid out in the
Code of Conduct of 450x200 pixels. Ultimately this is the most important part - you must have your image hosted on the internet. I notice your Avatar is a file on your local hard drive, this won't actually be visible to anyone but yourself.
Once you have this image available online click on "Profile" at the top of the page and just off the bottom of the first page is an input box labelled "Signature: This is a block of text that can be added to posts you make. There is a 255 character limit".
Into this box, enter the following code:

Obviously you subsitute the "URL OF YOUR IMAGE HERE" for the URL of your image and it will appear in your signature once you click the "Submit" button at the bottom of the Profile page.
