Fear/Charm What Will It Be?
As an Everquest player when the game started off you were able to fear and charm pcs as well as npcs. After some time there were problems when people were getting feared or charmed in duels and others could kill them and make them loose exp. So it was taken away. In Vanguard are they going to try Fear/Charm for pcs again? Can you charm and fear in duels or in pvp? :?
