Is that the swordstaff?
I've only really played AC1, AC2 and WoW extensively as far as mmo's go, but AC1 had the best itemization out of anything I've ever experienced, and from what I've read up on EQ, AC's kicked EQ's itemization squarely in the patootie!!!
My favorite sword from AC1 was the tachi.
