i have a high elf which gets +1 int and +3 wis every lvl, plus i add 4 to vit, 4 to wis, and 2 to int every lvl to make it look like: +3 int +4 vit +7 wis every level. i would have hit 20 last night, but after i collected the fangs for the URT quest for the ambassador's daughter, the lady wouldn't give me the next part of the quest so i just did a few quests around town and then logged.

I have a Gnome BMG - really awesome class with the invis, lets you get around easier. I should have asked if the OP prefers in your face fighting or distance fighting, sorry about that. I had tunnel vision there.
Using the Galena focus I have a maxed Blood union in 3 hits. Damage and heals go through the ROOF in that one. I tend to play Lillibell conservatively though and have never taken on anything higher than a +2 three dot.
Galahad has a valid point though - BMG's are good. Mine has some +damage focus and +healing focus items (two "Thrashers Focus" +27 HF/+27 DF each) as well as URT armor up to the Chest Piece. As long as you know how to set up your attacks to maximize your blood union and you know how to control your forms - they are a force to be reckoned with.
I took a bit of a different route with my gnome. the +3 int racially really helps with damage. I pump as much into INT as I can every level. Then I pump points into WIS and VIT. All my gear has as much INT focus as I can find, making Lillibell a damage force. I didn't realize what I had to do to actually *make* the symbiotes until yesterday so I've not tried the crowd control yet. That will be a new and fun experience for me
Galahad's build is more rounded and a better healer (just looking at stats distribution) than Lilli is. His looks more solid as well. I pigeon-holed myself into offensive casting and soloing. I don't think Lilli will be strong in team. It'll be a paradigm shift to be sure
Your best two heals you will never be able to use on yourself and you need to remember that, but the attacks you have that provide healing to you make up for it. You have to be a bit careful in the beginning though. IIRC Lilli was a bit on the fragile side until about level 4 or 6.
I'm sorry Galahad, if I had known you were going after the URT stuff, I would have warned you off. That chest piece quest has been broken since they fixed the greaves quest in silver lake.
