MMORPG issues

This thread is to bring up issues found in even the most "advanced" MMORPGs.

I will start:

1) No matter what, in an MMORPG the height of terrain makes no difference in combat. Shooting with a bow from the top of a guard tower down below yields in the monster floating up to you and fighting in the melee.

2) Quests in the game are almost always about a specific thing (find an object for me, get revenge on world for me, etc) and make little sense to have them repeatable for the whole world (I am aware of the fact that in an MMO you sort of have to have this)

3) Item weights are rarely realistic (A real one handed sword only weighs about 2-2.5 pounds).

4) The overall environment is not very interactive. Outside of opening a door or attacking/talking to an NPC, there isn't much to do really (can't climb a ladder, etc)
