Asq, I think what Dark was saying (and he used me as a guinea-pig to test it) is that he was seeing tell-chat bubbles from people who were nowhere near him.

The concern isn't so much who can see them, I believe, as the fact that chat bubbles are being generated for forms of chat that we're not expecting to see them on -- like remote tells and stuff like that.

To my mind, if someone isn't in /say radius then I shouldn't see a chat bubble from them. I don't actually use them but if I did that would be my preference.
