If you are playing fine on live servers and only crashing on test server then I would think that the issue could be related to your test server install. What I would suggest doing would be to make sure Live is all patched up (1835 currently) and then delete your Assetstest and Bintest folders and then repatch test server.
After that is done see if you are still having trouble and let me know here.
