What level is this happening at? In the first 10 level skills go up very fast. Even from 11-20 they went up pretty fast for me. The slow has started once I hit 21. I still can get most my normal skills (Combat Awareness, etc.) I still have all my weapon skills maxed, but it takes almost my the entire level, or sometimes two. Now my casting skills are abit low. I don't cast to many times though. I'm a level 24 Paladin.
