Ive actually found quite a few just traveling around thestra!
most of the plots seem to be sections of land which, almost islands, which have divided up by rapid rivers.
I cant remember the name off the top of my head but there is a housing plot right next to the rift way point 'The Deebs' !
Plot rental there is over 60 silver, compared to the 30odd silver on the island north of the plains of anguish!
