I'm not 100% sure this is relegated to diplomacy only as it is so sporadic. Forgot to bug this in game, so I figured I'd throw it here.
I have a tendency to blow through a Diplomacy encounter and then read the dialog text after the win. Every once in awhile when I click the scroll bar to bring the text up to the beginning, the window simply closes. Once this happens, ALL dialog is broken until I relog (i.e. empty windows in all communication with merchants, diplomat NPCS, quest NPCs... etc.). I can't reproduce it on a regular basis, but it does happen intermittently.
I am using a lightly modded UI, but my modifications don't involve any aspect of the Diplomacy or NPC chat windows.
Not a game breaking bug, but annoying as heck for those of us who like to read the storylines.
