All of my blue lvl 35 reliable pyrite tools have been nerfed from +18 tool effectiveness to +4. That's a 78% drop. That's an entire level's worth of tool effectiveness and then some.

The 78% decrease in tool effectiveness means that tool steps cost more AP over all.
The 78% decrease in tool effectiveness means that complications that require tool actions to clear cost more.
The change in complication rates has doubled the number of complications on mid-to-high 30's moderate work orders.

The combined effect of this is that we're forced to take easy work orders because it's now nearly impossible to get even a low moderate work order above C grade.

And, by the way, I'm getting just as many complications on trivial work orders as I ever have. The effect of this change is to increase complications across the board.

Nerfing my weapons was bad enough, but at least it was only 15%. This 78% drop in tool effectiveness just has me completely flabbergasted.

Please tell us it was not intentional.

If it is intentional -- I can't believe you would deliberately make crafting so painful. Whatever for? Why? If this goes live you'll have an insurrection on your hands the likes of which even God has never seen. In fact, I might even start it. I'm sitting on my hands to keep from announcing this one on VG crafters, because if you won't listen to me, maybe you'll have to take notice of an insurrection over there. But news of this will get out anyway, you can be sure of that.
