I understand they have a formula that gives points based on stats, and each stat and the magnitude eats the points an item has, but could someone explain it further here and address how that has changed in this patch please ?

Also, my Newbie 40 slot container they gave me as a crafter back in Tanvu when I was learning the trade, it has too much EE for me at level 7, 29%, It's the beginner bag....
