I wish it were that easy. Just the level of difficulty is listed, not the level of purchase. So yes it is that easy to get the level of difficulty, but you have to go through lvl by lvl and see what actually becomes available for purchase. Major pain, though there is some symmetry.

I hate to nick pick, but some may not at a glance know what “actual levels” means. This is where we have to be very careful with words. The tables need to be clearly labeled.

I was also thinking that due to how much of a pain this all is that we should have both level requirements posted on the table, either by adding a column or by including the lvl that we are not ordering the table by in brackets at the end of the name of the recipe.

e.g. Level of Difficulty | Material Preparation | Outfitting | Leatherworking | Tailoring
Note number in () next to a recipe is the level at which the recipe can be purchased. If no such number exists then assume that the data needs to be verified, also check the item link its self as it may be listed there.
So the recipe, "Ratty Chest Segment" would then look something like "Ratty Chest Segment(18)" Where 18 is the level of purchase.

Any way you look at it, a ton of work.
