You can find one in Qa River Bank, there are links to all stones on all continents (as i understand there are 4 on Qalia, 3 on Thestra and 3 on Kojan + stones in capitals)
Pls Sigil tell us: is it permanent, or just for test, and if it`s permanent, then what else can we expect (like taxi, instances and such stuff) so that we get idea of that thing that is called "vision".
