Well, I rode from Tursh through Themnwar's and down to New Targonor on Test this morning, and the only Riftway stone I found was in New Targ - and I believe that's a "destination only" stone, whatever that means.

I'm as leery as others when told we'll have instant travel, but so far this doesn't seem like hop-o-rama. I won't judge it till I've got a better idea what's linked to what.

Edit - for those still looking. I stopped at every altar wondering what I was doing wrong, till I saw the NT one with its glowing blue pillar in the middle. It's similar to the pillar in the middle of bindstones, and unmissable once you know what's supposed to be there.
