Greetings everyone.. this my 1st post in vgspheres, just came by from silky venom which got a little out of hand with the whiners and trolls, anyway this place seems a lot of better.
So... I hadn't played Vanguard for a week or so and last time I checked I had a 86 diplo skill. I logged in yesterday to find out that I was a 101 skill Envoy :
. I didn't have the time to check the patch updates on diplomacy, so if anyone can enlighten me on how this happened Id be glad
