Just one bard's opinion, but I would never throw Test patch stuff into the wiki until you know it's about to hit live with next update for certain. You may want to have a coming attractions Wiki page, or start preparing one clearly marked MAY CHANGE BEFORE RELEASE (or some such caveat). Things on Test can always change before release.

By the way, so far Rift stones are interesting. You need get to the destinations offered once and click on those altars before you can take benefit of the fast travel via Rift. Not sure yet how the network maps out, going to do some hoofing about tomorrow to check into it.
