Smiths make armor and weapons that are really nice and very desirable.

Outfitters make armor and bags that are really nice and very desirable.

Artificers make jewelry that isn't anywhere near as nice as what you can get from drops and stone weapons that aren't anywhere near as good as what weaponsmiths can make.

I'm giving serious thought to changing my craft, and no, I'm not joking. I'm only wearing one piece of jewelry that I made. The rest is drops -- drops that are about the same item level as the jewelry I can make but which are much nicer. At least if I changed to outfitting/leatherworking I could make stuff I'll actually wear.

I'm deeply disappointed in my craft.
