Looks like to me that your memory is being flooded with a single reference and ends up overstacking and causing a failed loading. If we could find out what particle or texture it was trying to load into mem we could isolate the graphical problem. Are there any way to get a comprehensive detailed log for crashes?

Karma character could be a mesh detail problem or collision-hull, but thats just a guess lol.
that is the only thing I can see that would cause a problem but it could also be something else in the model.
