What does any of that have anything to do with the fact that everybody ingame has equal opportunity to summon their corpse/tombstone to the altar? Instead of going back trying, dying more, and trying and "wasting" a lot of time?

The currently system already allows everybody to save time by summoning, why aren't people doing it? This has nothing to do with hardcore or casual, nothing at all.
