My evocation and alteration skills are maxed and the mobs are lower level than me. I pull with Dev strength and use torture wheile they are comming to me.

Im not useing abysmal chains so im not sure ill check that in a few minutes.

I know spells are suppose to get resisted. I can sit here and repeat me casting devouring strength on a mob and get well over 70% resists for that spell. I had a mob a few minutes ago resisted 5 in a row before one landed and the spells are not aggroing them.
