I would send a detailed email to customer service. I can understand someone wanting to give feedback and I'm sure it is valued. It may just mean you will have to go though a different process
I differ from you in one respect - if I want to cancel, I don't want to jump through hoops. I don't want to give feedback - I want out *now*. I don't want to multi-question feedback form.
I can completely understand the validity of your point though - there are those who are different from me and they WANT to provide the feedback. I respect that and am sorry not only to see you go, but for the steps you have to go through because of people like me
