[Ysharros]

The patcher seems to take aaaaages to initialise for me, though it does usually get there in the end. I think this dates from some mid-Feb update for me, but I could be misremembering.

When all else fails, I reboot if it appears to have become stuck, though usually it's just taking a long time. I also reboot between visits between test and live, since the patcher slowdown seems to be more pronounced if I don't (but that could be subjective *drums fingers, are we there yet?*).
