What is the population like throughout continents for grouping out of curiosity?

A friend and I are thinking of coming over, but we are curious if we will find other people to play with for some of the dungeons.

The reason I ask, is because we will most likely play a duo of some sorts and are worried about not seeing any of the harder content while leveling.
