Re: Can we make equiped L40 chars here?
Not currently, excluding leveling a level 40 from scratch. Buff masters and character copying is still being debated in the forums and Sigil hasn't said anything one way or the other on buff masters or char copying.
We do have perminant double exp starting tomorrow so leveling will be faster.
