Q and Denidil are right.
In beta, I found a spot cram-packed with tombstones on the side of a mountain from an area that had issues with tossing them over the hill. Nobody could find them for the longest time, so I let the GMs know. Of course, that was when we could go mountain climbing a bit better, too. It still happens and I still love exploring! It's just harder now, and I probably wouldn't be able to find that spot again.
They are swamped, I'm sure, Between launch, new CS people learning, working on their tools, as Elrar has mentioned...all sorts of things are in the works, just like fixing the bugs! It finally comes down to priorities, and ya can't make everyone happy all the time, so you do the best you can.
Of course, with all this happening, SoE's decision to raise All-Access prices again probably isn't the smartest move, imo. I'm going to have to think this one out, myself! I don't like leaving friends and that's happened before. Not fun!
So, cut them a little slack. They're trying to do what they can (like double xp for previous losses from bugs?).
