It's fallacious to believe that just because WoW is heavily end-game biased, every other game should be too.

Vanguard is not about "what happens when you hit 50." It's about getting there and having fun along the way. The first time a Sigil spokesperson says "Vanguard begins at 50" I'm cancelling my subscription.

Vanguard was not intended to be like WoW, nor does it have to be to be successful. Again, the day I feel it's become more like WoW than Vanguard, I'm outta here.

You have a right to be unhappy with the game as it is. But stating opinions as facts, even with others' opinions in support, isn't really valid. You don't like it - fair enough. I do. I'm glad they released when they did, I'm glad to give them my subscription money after all the time they've spent slaving away, and I'll play through the bugs because, after all, I was perfectly aware it was just barely adequate for release. In *my* opinion, fact or not, Vanguard is a lot more fun at launch than many other games I've played, polish or no polish.
