I'm happier, on the whole, not having stated levels for quests, since it prevents me from thinking "Oh, I can't do this, it's 2 levels higher than me" - I usually try them and see what happens, and decide to wait or not.
But I would definitely love to see at least different listings for the three spheres. If I had my total druthers I'd up the total quest number a little too, to 25 or 30, because I'm avoiding some crafting/diplo quests in the knowledge that they'll likely just clog up my log.
