23 Tailor here .
I'm finding i'm getting a mix of C's & B's as a rule on Mod with the odd A ( if i'm lucky )
Easy i rarely get below a B , but normally run with an A .

What i have found as i've lvled though is that it gets harder towards the end of the tier your on .

9- 11 was slow , with some tough moderate wo's

12-15 it went easier until getting harder

19-21 - again , i had the same problems with finding quite a lot of moderates that i just couldn't complete even with a grade D

Since getting lvl 21 and doing the tier quest - its got easy again with me getting what i posted at the top .

So i think its to do with you being close to the end of that tier not so much the patch itself
