Crafting patch changes?(outfitter)

okay level 10 outfitter(just got 10 last night) i should note my outfitting is low due to me making money and armour for the guild/guild members lately rather than work orders. this is not a complaint, just a note about the changes i have noticed.

i'm very careful and i would like to think a good judge of what complications i can avoid and such...

before patch:

work orders:
>usually a C on mod/difficult... sometimes a B if i was lucky and rarely an A(fluked out in my opinion)
>usually C to A on easy/very easy.. always seem to get more complications for those work orders

for non-work order:

>i can get an A+ in all the armour up to my level(hands, feet, arms, wrist, legs, waist, shoulder, and head armour)... averaging 15 or so complications for the full product.(3 to 4 for each piece making up the whole, all pieces being A at the least if not A+)
>jute bags B is average(quality jute bag)(3 to 4 complications)
>jute bolt A is average (4 complications average).. same for attuned
>mangled leather bundle A is average(4 complications).. same for attuned

>over all averaging 3 to 4 complications which would be 1 to 2 clicks to fix and always at certain points(i always end up needing repair tools atleast once in second step)

after the patch:

work orders:
on mod/difficult D and if i'm lucky C, tho more often now failure(run out of points)
on easy/very easy D/C more rarely a B now and a lot of failures

averaging 4 to 7 complications on work orders and some being 3 to 4 clicks to remove

about the same for the non-work orders, tho i did produce a full set of medium brigand armour at an A or A+ quality i failed a great deal.

just what i have noted since before the patch and after(about 3 hours straight crafting)

also yesturday before the patch the halgarad outfitter trainer offered chest pieces (jute/mangled) at level 10, now he has nothing to teach me.. very disapointed cause i really liked the look of the rest of the armour*cries*
