Draygin suggested a good idea.. a diplo "notebook"
I suggest they gve diplo's 'dual wield' and create special off-hand notebooks, bags, whatever to hold the many many pages of notes. Alternatively, if you know you have to do alot of quick change ;P you could carry a garment bag instead.
The one only holds info the other diplo clothes. If the devs didn't find it unbalancing, a equippable 'bag' that can hold notes and diplo clothes only would rock. I know my CE came with a crafter cloak that is rightclickable as a bag for crafting utils only.
