So I can get WO's at that outpost? Can I also get recipes? (read you wiki last night before I posted). Do I need to get my faction above 100 to learn recipes in my own style?
I was just taken aback because I never had this problem in Kojan. I was able to level up crafting in my home town without ever leaving.
