I'm an Orc and was able to walk inside Tanvu with 250 to Tanvu faction.
Another problem is that npc names can be yellow but you are still KoS to them.
To raise your faction with us, you need to head to Khenvor docks and massacre the Gulgrethor Orcs there, then we will start to like you.
