Wisdom for mana pool and crit chances on dmg spells (and other stuff you can read by hovering mouse over 'Wisdom' in char sheet)
Int for average dmg and a bunch of other things 
Vitality for energy regen
All the stats offer 'something' - conventional wisdom has casters preferring Wis/Int or Int/Wis and tanks Con/Dex/Str (or some combo thereof) and Offensive melees going more towards dex and str...
But..if that tank wants to know who has aggro... int is helpful (which sucks due to only like one tank race having decent int - but thats another thread ;P)
