er well.. I dont think you have to be 50 to get the horse!.. im sure I got my horse quests before then.
In fact im sure the horse quest.. or line of quests is what got my to 50 Dipl.
Anyway, you can find a horse trader at Tawar Galen, one will set you back about 10 silver?.. cant remember because I got a diplomacy one.
The diplomacy horse is crap anyway.. and 10s doesnt take long at all to get back.
