Stats for a DK

I've gotten to level 15 and have been saving all of my allocation points - got dozens of them now. I've only been pumping Dexterity as much as I could since its generally accepted that its a neccessary stat for any fighting class.

I'd love to hear some evaluations on the different states from other Dark Knights. Seems to me that we don't have enough spells that do damage, or even just regular spells we'll use more than once a fight, to warrant putting points into Intelligence or Wisdom. I've heard rumors that Constitution gives very little HP contribution at high levels compared to what regular adventuring gear will give you, and meagre-at-best resistances again compared to the quipment you'll be able to get.

So this leaves Strength and Vitality really. Strength says it adds weapon damage. I'm unsure as to whether it adds some calculated number (Like 2 Str = 1 dmg or something) or if it just flat out adds your strength to the damage. The latter would be very useful I think. Of course, I haven't played any of the high level game, so perhaps a couple hundred extra damage might be really small at lvl 50. Vitality also seems directly relevant to our purposes. Extra combat health regeneration? Yes, please! Especially if there are some regeneration items already avaiable in the game. Could help in drawn out fights. It increases run speed. I'm not sure about the rate of increase, but if its possible to get a bonus of 130% (The same speed as the various run speed buffs for Rangers/Druids/Shaman) then it would be imminently useful for combat as a heavy fighter.

Anyways, I'm planning to be focusing on Dexterity first, Vitality second, and Strength third. But I would love to hear the opinions from others before I go ahead.
