Well I'm not sure what I did (or Sigil did), but I went back to the boars by Tursh that I know I've tried a bunch of times before and BAM, it worked. I got to 100 skill level in like 30mins or less but my connection to the server was really unstable for some reason (had a few bugs with regard to hair/re-login location/ect.) so I ended up just calling it a night.
