Great Thread, this cleared up some things Ive been wondering about as well.
Now, doesnt Faction determine whether you are able to learn recipes in certain regions? I mean, im Kurashasa, If I took the time to go to Thestra, Im assuming Id have to up my faction with crafting or something in order to access those ring recipes.
Anyone know anything solid about this?
