Artificer/Stone can make arrows & bolts, but the only real weapon so far is stone hammers (truncheaons). They can also make focus items which sort of subsitute as a weapon for casters.
I never saw a hatchet as an artificer choice... I would have guessed that was blacksmith. But then.. I'd have never imagined a stone bolt either
