I have done a bug report and a petition. My petition got deleted without a reply. I once sent a a petition because my Tombstone was stuck in a chunk line, it couldn't be seen from either side. That was also deleted and also the second one I sent on the same subject.
I have also posted on the tech forum but I'm not holding up much hope for a reply.
I'm not too confident on the tech/customer support for Vanguard at the moment.
